As the visionary behind Melanotion, she leads the company’s strategy, storytelling initiatives, and cultural preservation efforts. With a background in human-centered design, content strategy, and immersive storytelling, Ballard’s work ensures that personal and collective histories are captured, honored, and passed forward.

    Mosley is a NC A&T Alumni and the visual designer and director behind Melanotion's social media presence. She helps shapes how stories are told, ensuring they visually resonate with audiences far and wide. From the publication, social media, branding to graphic design, Mosley leads with innovation, making legacy work accessible and impactful.

    Penny, founder of Lesous Design, is a spatial designer who collaborates with Melanotion to shape intentional environments that blend beauty, function, and memory. Her work supports the emotional and narrative flow of each gathering, from furniture styling to altar placement, helping us transform venues into sensory, sacred spaces.
