As the visionary behind Melanotion, she leads the company’s strategy, storytelling initiatives, and cultural preservation efforts. With a background in human-centered design, content strategy, and immersive storytelling, Ballard’s work ensures that personal and collective histories are captured, honored, and passed forward.

    Mosley is a NC A&T Alumni and the creative force behind Melanotion's social media presence. As Assistant Editor-in-Chief of Melanotion's publication, she helps shapes how stories are told, ensuring they resonate with audiences far and wide. From social media, branding to graphic design, Mosley leads with innovation, making legacy work accessible and impactful.

  • Jennifer Martinez | Program Coordinator, Internships

    Martinez is the coordinator of Melanotion’s internship programming, helping shape the next generation of storytellers and cultural archivists. A former Community Catalyst intern, she now leverages her skills in program development to enhance Melanotion’s internship initiatives, ensuring young creatives gain hands-on experience in cultural storytelling and legacy preservation.
